Also a note by Elmer Vliet on orange paper states: "These papers from Al Kuhlman show conveyance of much land from Camp Meeting Trustees to Fred Cornish and subsequent transfers of North half of Ravine west of Gurney Ave to Vanderkloot. The vacation of Ravine Ave. from Gurney west to Glen was done in two steps. May 15, 1899 part from Gurney west to Prospect and on November 24, 1902, the part from Prospect southwest to Glen See also notes by EBV (Elmer Vliet) taken from Abstract of v.d. Kloot (Vanderkloot) property deeding ravine land to Eliz (abeth) V. D. Kloot May 12, 1899. 11-19-1974. EBV." See also Note 1 in this Catalog The remaining 10 pages outline the transfer of various lots several different blocks in Lake Bluff, including block seventeen (17), thirteen (13) and twenty one (21); beginning with a Quit Claim Deed from the Trustees to the Vanderkloots on November 22, 1900 and commencing with the final transaction on May 23, 1917: Vanderkloot to Ida and Grace McElwain.
