1. 128 Moffett Road - An Architectural and Historic Survey of the estates of Lake Bluff completed in 2008 128 Moffett Road (now 600 Landsdowne Lane) Built in 1911 and designed by the architects Marshall and Fox, this house belonged to Harry B. and Elizabeth Clow and is commonly known as "Lansdowne." Clow, head of Rand McNally and Co., built his estate on 21 acres, landscaped by Jens Jensen and included a coach house and outdoor theater. 3. Follow the Blazed Trail - A full page article, Follow the Blazed Trail, published in the Chicago Tribune June 1, 2025 about the Rand McNally map publishing company. The beginnings of the company date back to 1872 when it published railroad maps and followed up with road maps that we sold at gas stations, beginning with Gulf Oil, in 1920. The top half of the article is a photo of the McNally family showing Harry Clow sitting in the car. Harry Clow, a Lake Bluff resident, was a map and geographical publisher who resided at Sheridan / 128 Moffett (now Lansdowne Lane). Born in 1859 and died in 1933. Harry married Elizabeth McNally in 1892 and later he became president of Rand McNally

5. The historic renovation of the coach house at 600 Lansdowne Lane - A six page article about the historic renovation of the coach house that belonged to Harry and Elizabeth Clow, called Lansdowne. Formerly located at 128 Moffett, now 600 Lansdowne Lane, Lake Bluff. The makeover was completed by Jeff and Gary Lawrence of Lawrence Interiors, Lake Bluff for the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago's Lake Forest Showhouse in 2009. the article was featured in the December issue of North Shore Magazine. Also known as the Harry Beach Clow house Harry B. Clow (1869-1933) was the president of Rand McNally & Co., Chicago publishers, beginning in 1907. The house was featured in the July 4, 1914 Parade Book. The grounds originally covered 22 acres. The estate has since been divided and the coach house demolished.
