US Civil War Excelsior Hat, has rounded crown with small bicorne shape. There is a gold emblem on the front of the hat that has an eagle sitting on top of an American flag crest with the number 13 in the middle, under the crest is a ribbon that says Excelsior. The hat has a spike adornment on the top. The inside of the hat is made of cork andhas a logo on the inside reading: "RIDABOCK & CO FORMERLY BAKER & McKENNEY NEW YORK" The hat is accompanied by a baggie of the inner cork lining that has fallen out |
