Additional information about the property is available at the Lake Bluff History Museum. 610 East Center Avenue According to Ladies' Home Journal, June 1902, "This house has 10 rooms. A feature of the interior finish is that the walls are covered with canvas and are papered. The ceilings are made of canvas stretched on frames. From the plans by Sidney Lovell." Sosman lived here in 1905 as listed in 1905 Directory. In the 1913 Directory, Sosman is listed as a scenic artist.
