The brick pharmacy remained in that location until the mid-1970s, when Willms built a brand-new pharmacy. The new Lake Bluff Pharmacy closed in the late 1990s and other businesses now occupy both buildings. Some of the addresses on the Licenses show the Pharmacy at 40 East Scranton Avenue, which was Graham Munch's Lake Bluff Pharmacy and a few for 100 East Scranton Avenue, the new Lake Bluff Pharmacy. (A few of Willms' licenses have the photo cut out). Munch's pharmacy, built around 1924, was a wood structure that served as a pharmacy on the first floor and as Munch's home on the second floor. When Munch retired in 1958, he donated the building to the library on the condition that he retain his residence on the second floor the remainder of his life. The building served as the Lake Bluff Library until 1975, when it moved to its current location at 123 East Scranton Avenue.
