Letter of Inspection (Doc 2317) Response Letter from E.P. Babcock to Leif W. Rabe describing the superficial condition of the Moffett Road Bridge. Babcock could not determine whether the bridge was in safe condition because a majority of the floor beams are encased in concrete and cannot be seen. Babcock gives a recommendation that a thorough inspection be made of the bridge by a competent structural engineer. Additionally, he gives next steps on what needs to be done to the bridge before the inspection can happen. |
