Black & White photograph of the building that housed the Public Library before the library was moved to a new building at 123 East Scranton Avenue in 1975. The building in the photo was owned by Graham Munch a pharmacist. He lived there and operated a pharmacy and ice cream place until 1958 when he sold the business to Howard Willms and donated the building to the village to use as a library. Mr. Munch continued to live in the building until his death in 1958. The white cottage was located at 40 East Scranton Avenue. |
