Also a four page Xerox excerpt from the book National Statuary Hall in the Nation's Capital showing a full length statue of Willard with a brief write up by Senator Albert Hopkins, 1905. An article from the Chicago Tribune dated September 11, 1978 of a woman asking if there are bicycle clubs for the novice rider. The response includes a few quotes from Willard's 1893 Tribune series who called bicycling an act of grace, if not of religion. A write up from the Northwestern Alumni magazine on the discovery of Willard's journal, found around 1982.
