Escrow document between Swalgren, Amedeo Santi and Addie Sprauge - Escrow document between Gunnar Swalgren, Amedeo Santi and Addie Sprauge outlining the transfer of ownership of various lots: A deed from Addie Sprauge, a widow, dated October 26, 1949, conveying to Gunnar and Harriet Swalgren lots one (1) and two (2) in the resubdivision of parts of block seventeen (17) of the original plat of Lake Bluff and ALSO: Part of Lot one (1) in the Albert Hancox subdivision. Gunnard deposits $550 as the full purchase price. (See Deed 4 in this catalog.) In addition, Sprague conveys to Amedeo Santi by warranty deed, a portion of Lot nine (9) in resubdivision of parts of block seventeen (17) and ALSO lot five (5) in the outer circle of lots in the Original Plat of Lake Bluff. Also a note by Elmer Vliet on orange paper states: "These papers from Al Kuhlman show conveyance of much land from Camp Meeting Trustees to Fred Cornish and subsequent transfers of North half of Ravine west of Gurney Ave to Vanderkloot. The vacation of Ravine Ave. from Gurney west to Glen was done in two steps.
