4. Marshall Fields Photo Exhibit - Photo of Exhibit held at Marshall Fields Chicago Store Location. The exhibit says: "The Lake Bluff Village Plan was adopted in 1923. Its purpose was to provide a sound base and guide for future expansion without disturbing the natural beauty of the Village. Some idea of what has been accomplished may be gleaned from the photographs made at identical scenes in 1923 and in 1938" On the back of the photograph is written: "An exhibit at the Marshall Field Chicago Store in late 1938 showing some pictures taken in 1923 before L.Bluff had a Plan Commission and others taken 15 years later." Also has faded stamp from The Commercial Photographic Co.
