(2) Report discusses Juke box at the skating rink has been fixed, the organization of a skating and tobogganing party, plans for a Dub Tournament, Ladder Tournament, advantages and disadvantages of being members of the United States Lawn and Tennis Association. (3) Report discusses plans for obtaining a professional from Northwestern University or through the Chicago Lawn and Tennis Association, a film of a tournament was presented and over 180 people attended its screening. (4) Report discusses a treasurer reported balance of $140.60, Dub Tournament Ends, Exhibition matches postponed indefinitely due to lack of players, Annual Tournament Announcement, Social Committee Event was at a net loss. (5) Seems to be missing page 1 - Discusses plans for Water Carnival, not participating in the "Share Your Car" plan but offering support. (6) Report discusses a treasurer balance of $166.12, Water Carnival was a success despite a net loss, the Beach Committee should act as part of the Social Committee when they are out of season. (7) Report discusses a treasurer balance of $130.71, various motions were moved and they were all passed.

Chautauqua Historical Information - Various documents documenting the history of Chautauqua. 2 Newspaper articles from July 1979 documenting the history of Chautauqua. They were printed in the American Legion. 2 Letters talking about the Lake Bluff History Museum's collection on Chautauqua. The first letter is to Kathleen O'Hara from Daniel R. Sailor, the Communications Director of the Illinois Chautauqua, dated September 23, 1987. The Second letter is to Sara Lamb, of the Lake Bluff Public Library, from Alfreda L. Irwin, a Historian, dated January 11, 1993. This letter also has included copies of the Chautauqua Network News. A document detailing notes taken during a conversation with Daniel Sailor at Des Plaines Methodist Campgrounds, dated September 21, 1987.

George Bowen - A 1933 article about President Herbert Hoover appointing postmasters in Lake County. George Bowen's term as postmaster expired the previous December. A 1934 article about Commander George Bowen of American Legion post 515 (later 510) attending the Illinois State convention held in Peoria. A 1942 World War Two registration card for Bowen, who was 47 years old, worked at Abbott Laboratories and lived at 218 East Sheridan Place. Bowen had created American Legion films of Lake Bluff, Lake Forest, Waukegan, and New York in 1934 and took photos of the Beach in the mid 1940s, all are digital. Bowen was often referred to as Archie Bowen, using his middle name instead of George. Contents of what is on the 16 mm film reel he shot in 1934.
