727 Ravine Avenue - The home of Herbert (Hubert ?) and Gladys Ropp was built on land given to them by Stanley Fields, whose home was on the other side of the ravine. The gift was in appreciation for Ropp's help with the building of the Field mansion that used to be at the end of Lakeland Drive.
