By 1938 she was living at the Curly Horn Ranch near Tucson, Arizona. Kreutzberg died on her 93rd birthday in Santa Barbara California. |

Kreutzberg worked in pastels and oils, where she developed murals in schools, painted portraits, and illustrated with woodcuts. She exhibited several of her pastels in the Art Institute of Chicago's Annual Exhibitions of Works by Chicago Artists in 1914 and 1923. In 1923 she was awarded a prize for her artwork. She exhibited at the Chicago Art Club, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia, Watercolor Society of New York, and the Tucson Art Center (of which she was a founding member). Kreutzberg also participated in or organized many shows and exhibits in the Tucson area during the 1940s, '50s, and '60s. |

Student of William Penhallow Henderson while living in Chicago and was his next door neighbor in Lake Bluff. She was featured in an exhibit of Lake Bluff artists sponsored by Lake Bluff Woman's Club in 1914; also included Henderson, John Cotton, Clara Hatch Stevens and others (Lake Forester Nov.14, 1914). She cataloged donated books for newly established Lake Bluff Woman's Club lending library in 1920. Kreutzberg was a Lake Bluff supporter of Ravinia Park and Arden Shore camp in the 1920s. Gifted "The Meeting of Marquette and Joliet" mural to Lake Bluff School on March 24, 1926. The mural is now displayed in Lake Bluff Village Hall meeting room. |
