Crab Tree Farm, Lake Bluff - Photo of Crab Tree Farm circa 1925. The farm was owned by Grace Durand who operated a dairy farm. Grace was well known for her modern methods of dairy farming. The building on the left was the Durand home. It burned in the 1980's. William McCormick Blair built the estate house on the lake.
