Clean Up Week Proclamations given by the Village Presidents in order to beautify the Village premises, the Village, for one week only, allows Village trucks to remove all refuse without charge if it is brought to the curb. Proclamations have been signed by: - Henry C. Spruth on April 22, 1936 (Also included a Fire Precaution) - Elmer B. Vliet on April 27, 1937 - Irwin W.
