Listed in the appraisal is the type of material of the building and gives the "remodeled first floor" as being over 45 years old at the time of the appraisal in 1958. Included with the appraisal are two photographs taken at the time and are labeled in this catalog as LibPhoto 1 and LibPhoto 2. Munch donated the building to the library, with the understanding that he would live on the second floor. |
