Various Letters to Edgar (Edward) Peske |
Description |
Various Letters to Edgar Peske (1) Letter from Lake Bluff Resuscitator Fund Committee to Mr and Mrs Peske detailing the importance of getting a resuscitator, especially with the opening of the beach. The Committee goes on to say they are going to fund for the purchase of this machine as it is vital that the community has one. The Committee wants the same model as qualified physicians, which cost around $450. (2) Letter from Stewart Reed Brown to Edward Peske enclosing a petition. (3) Letter from Thomas Bradford to Edgar Peske detailing the Town and Tennis Club's "Clean-up" campaign for the beach during the season. (4) Letter to Edward Peske from Harold Hawes suggesting a revision of the by-laws of the Club. Hawes also voices his opinion on incorporation and feels the Club does not need it as the Club owns no property and the status of the Club does not warrant it. (5) Letter to Edgar Peske from Harold Hawes stating he has changed his opinion on incorporation since his previous letter as he has since talked with Stewart Reed Brown. |
