A lease between Edward Mawman lessor and the Chicago North Shore and Milwaukee Railway Company lessee for a triangular piece of land at the northwest corner of Scranton Avenue and Mawman Avenue lying between the intersection of the said two streets ... to be used as parking space for patrons of the lessee. A notice to the Illinois Commerce Commission by the Chicago North Shore and Milwaukee Railway to abandon CNS & MRR route which extended from Waukegan to Chicago. Record from the Village of Lake Bluff for the extension and development of property for the electric line. Possible transfer of land for Village Hall. Letter to Allen Kuhlman from Don Brown, of the Waukegan News-Sun, stating Brown has sent clippings, from a previous Board meeting, concerning the proposed creation of a transit authority along the Shore Line. Newspaper clippings include: "Shore Line End Irks Commuters", "City Against Transit Bill", "Sen. McClory Hits Shore Transit Bill", and "Senate May Act Soon On Shore Line Bill". |
